A talk at infra.conf 2026!
Hi! On June 4 in Moscow at infra.conf 2026 I'll be talking about how we build an ML platform on Kubeflow at Avito. Think of it as the director's extended cut of my talk on ML platforms.
I'll go into the technical implementation details of every component:
• task queues on Kueue
• what we patched in Kubeflow pipelines and how we cut K8s resource usage in half
• how we set up observability and added secrets integration
• how we do inference on KServe and our own model registry, and whether it's worth building a separate inference platform or running it in a PaaS.
